What is Premier Skis all about?
We founded Premier Skis because we know there is a large group of avid skiers like ourselves who quite often can't find what they want from their local ski shop or the typical online ski retailer. For us, because we are fairly technical skiers, we found that our local shops tended to carry skis that didn't match our preferred skiing style or were targeting a market (under 30) into which we didn't fit! For you, it might be the same reason, or one of many others.
Our goal is to recreate an online experience with our customers that is like the relationship you develop with the finest specialty ski shops. We don't just want to sell you product, we want to help you maximize your ski experiences by learning about how you ski, where you ski, and what you like to do, and make sure we match you with the perfect gear.

We think we offer a unique set of products that are hard to match in terms of quality, performance and function. Are they a little more expensive? Probably, but we think they're worth it! We're currently negotiating with a number of manufacturers around the world to bring our members some new products that you won't see anywhere else, so stay tuned!
Every time you buy a product from us, you'll earn Premier Points equal to 10% of your purchase price. Your points will never expire, and can be used on any subsequent purchase or gift. Once you've earned points, we'll send you a unique discount code that you can use the next time you shop.
If you live in the US or Canada, every purchase you make qualifies for free shipping by UPS Ground. Special arrangements can be made if you need your product more timely, or are an international customer requiring delivery outside North America.
Lifetime and Custom Tuning!
Before your skis are delivered, they will be inspected and tuned by our in-house tuning staff to ensure that your skis perform exactly as the manufacturer intended. If you have special requests for your "preferred" tune, we will work with you to develop the perfect tune for your particular skiing style, mountain and conditions.
For as long as you own your skis, you can ship them to us anytime for a free tune! We will return the skis to "like new" condition and return them to you at our expense.
When you make your first purchase, you will be assigned a personal concierge who will work with you to complete your purchase. Over time, we know that your personal concierge will become a trusted adviser that helps you make wise choices.
Is your shopping cart and checkout process secure?
Our store is hosted by Shopify, one of the leading providers of eCommerce solutions today. Our site uses full SSL encryption and the Shopify shopping cart provides full SSL encryption and all PCI compliance. Shopify has been certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the most stringent available).
What are your shipping and return policies?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 7 business days following receipt of your order and payment. Some of our more exclusive items are direct-shipped to us by our partners as orders are received, and these items will be shipped to you immediately upon their delivery to us. Semi-custom and custom items will be shipped as soon as our partner has completed building the item to your specifications.
In a hurry? Need a special delivery? If you're planning a special trip or require shipment to a particular location just ask! We'll do everything in our power to meet your requirements.
Our singular goal is to make our customer happy and we will do everything it takes to do so! Any purchased item can be returned in unused condition to us for a full refund up to 45 days from the date it is shipped to you. Not happy with it? Please let us know and we will work with you to make things right.
What is your trip cancellation policy?
Our trips represent special programs that require us to have both a minimum number of people attend the event as well as make firm financial commitments well in advance of their actual dates. In the event that a trip is cancelled due to our not meeting the required number of attendees, a full refund will be returned to you within 48 hours of the trip being cancelled.
In the event you wish to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund if your request for cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to the first day of the event. Should you request a cancellation less than 45 days before the event, we will charge you a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total purchase price of your trip.
Absolutely! While we've selected the skis that we show from our manufacturers based upon our testing of the skis and experience, we know our customers may want something different. If you don't see a particular model of a ski, we are happy to place a special order with the factory.
Interested in a product from a different line? We are happy to look. We maintain numerous contacts throughout the ski industry and can source nearly any product for you.
Finally, we also have some lightly used demos available for sale, and access to a number of closeout items from our partners, as well a a fair number of skis in stock from lines we don't normally carry.
Do you have retail stores?
Not yet, but we are in the process of developing what we believe will be a number of unique retail stores in destination ski areas. As our development moves along, we'll be sharing more details with you.
Who are you?
Our principals have decades of experience in the ski industry, having had experience in both the retail and distribution sides of the business. As skiers, we've been lucky enough to ski all over the world, and have been racers, instructors, coaches and patrollers.
