We sell our products in the United States and Canada, and use UPS as our primary carrier. Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of your order and full payment. Orders that require shipment from the factory prior to being fulfilled or represent a special purchase will be shipped upon receipt of your goods from the manufacturer. If this applies to your order, you will be be immediately contacted by email and / or telephone and apprised of the estimated delivery date. In the event this estimated delivery date is unacceptable to you, we will immediately cancel your order and refund your payment.
All shipments are sent via UPS Ground, with a shipping cost of $40.00 USD applied to your order, except for those orders containing bindings only, for which a $10.00 USD charge will apply. If you require faster shipping times, or have other requirements, including delivery to a foreign address, we will contact you and arrange for such special shipping for an additional fee.
If your new, unused item isn't what you expected, we will accept returns for up to 180 days after your purchase.... No questions asked! All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. We do not accept returns on used items, but are happy to assist you in handling any warranty claims that may arise from your use of our products.
